The following should cover most questions you may have when commissioning me. It will go over my process, payment, your rights as well as my rights as the artist.Please be sure to read everything. It's for your saftey as well as my own when using my art after you have received it.

Reference's can vary! You can have a makeshaped moodboard or a visual reference to send me

I can also do written descptions, but I will ask you find me some photos that are similiar to the ideas that you have so I may also understand.

I will NOT work with being given a design and told to re-purpose it.

If given tradtionally drawn references, I require a digital color pallet provided as well so that I have the correct colors.

Nudity doesn't bother me! Some NSFW as well won't. Just give me a heads up if you're gonna send NSFW.

Payment is made via USD through Paypal

I have two options when paying: 50/50 and all upfront.

50/50 refers to paying half up front the half after the sketch is approved.

Upfront is as it sounds, the whole amount given before I begin.

I will not start the commission (unless discussed) before I received payment.

If you decide to go the 50/50 route, I will not countine working till the other half is paid.

All files will be heavily watermarked till full payment is made.

Changes can be request anytime that you would like one - as long as it's reasonable.

Please be sure that the sketches are how you want them. After the sketch phase is done, all later changes will be $5 USD each change. Major changes will be more.

I will not make major changes once I've began coloring to the linework.

Major changes will vary depending on the request of the commission. Please discuss changes with me.

Don't be scared to ask me for edits, I may just do the edit without charging if it's reasonable one.

No matter what though, it's important to me you receive a product that you actually like.

You are free to use repost your commission on social media AS LONG as proper credit is given.

You are only allowed to repost the watermarked verison.

Proper credit is tagging me and/or including my username somewhere in the post.

If you use my art as a banner, icon, emote etc. give proper credit somewhere on your page. For example, on Twitch, include credit within the "About Me" section.

If used on a website I am not on, try and include where to find me. (Example: By @DoktorrSketchy on Twitter)

Editing/Cropping/Printing my art is allowed as long as my watermark can be seen. If it can not, please do not share that piece of work publicly then.

I retain all rights to the artwork as the artist but NOT to the character

Every piece of work is ASSUMED to not be commerical work. My commerical rates are different.

I don't make and don't support NFTs, cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Do NOT use my art for these.

All prices are base price and will vary depending on the complexity of the artwork unless stated

All payments are to be made in USD ($) and through Paypal

All commissions are for personal use only. They can be used for profile pictures, banner backgrounds, backgrounds in general, prints for personal usage. My rates are different for commercial use, contact me for these prices.

I do not do NFTs/Cryptocurrancy. Do not use my art for that.

I do not work with sudden deadlines. I must have at least 1 month in advanced to work on the piece.

You may not reupload the unwatermarked verizon.

Privates commissions are offered! But I retain the right to use the work as an example. Discuss this with me!

Do not modify my art without my consent.

Colors MAY be adjusted if needed for the commission. If something is too dark or too bright, I may have to adjust the hue to be able to work with it. _{(This mainly applies to if something is pitch black and needs to be shaded, or very white and needs highlights)}

I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites (you can however request to remain anonymous when I post your commission!)

I reserve the right to modify your artwork for promotional purposes (commission samples, etc.)

When we begin discussing the commission request, I will ask a lot of questions to get what you envision. Providing references for the pose, colors, overall vibes etc. will really help!

There MUST be at least one clear reference for me to go off of for details and colors.

After we have discussed the details of the commission, I will give you the price as well as the paypal to send it to.

There is NEVER a rush for paying. I won't begin the commission until I've been paid though.

Once paid, within the next two weeks or so I will begin working on the sketch!

I always do 2 sketches for illustrations that you are able to request changes. After approving the sketch, any changes made will be charged.

References/Designs are different. I'm happy to make edits as much as possible as long as their reasonable. Meaning, if the body shape or the hair isn't what you want I'll edit. But if it's something as small as the placement of a button - no.

The rest of the process depends on the type of commission you asked for.

For anything that goes beyond a sketch, I will then move onto linework, coloring, shading/highlights then lastly rendering.

During these all MINOR edits can be request. Any major edits will be charged.

After I finish the piece, I'll send you an image over where we are discussing.

Once approved, I'll ask you for your email and send you the file(s) through your email for better quality.

You're free to ask for a file without filters, words, etc.

For images, you're welcome to send as much as you'd like as long as they are relevant to the commission.

Please try and send as many as you can as once with as much notes and detailing as possible.

If you have a site, toyhou.se, carrd etc. dedicated to your character, sharing that can help a lot!

If you are sending screenshots from VRChat, Videos Games etc. please be sure they are CLEAR and in GOOD LIGHTING. Doing something such as T-posing and taking pictures of your models will be the best choice. Same with video games, try and take as many clear photos as possible.

If you're unsure of what to send, feel free to ask me! I'll recommand stuff.

I will not provide a refund with completed work. You are given many many opportunities to request changes throughout the commission.

If a refund is requested after I've begun, you forfite the right to the commission. All files will remain mine.

I will refund a certain percentage based on how much work I have done. Meaning, if I've begun the commission you will not receive a full refund.

If I decide to issue the refund, you will receive the full refund no matter how much work done.
